Miss Colombia, Paulina Vega won the Miss Universe 2014 crown on January 25, 2015 in Miami, Florida USA. 88 contestants all over the world vied for the most coveted title of the 63rd Miss Universe Pageant.
She was crowned by Miss Universe 2013 Gabriela Isler from Venezuela with the new crown created by Diamonds International Corporation.
Other winners are Miss USA Nia Sanchez was named the first runner-up, Miss Ukraine Diana Harkusha was named second runner-up, while Miss Netherlands Yasmin Verheijen was the third runner-up. Miss Jamaica Kaci Fennell is fourth runner-up.
